My method to do the Kundalini Yoga

It is believed , When Kundalini Shakti is conceived as a goddess then, when it rises to the head it unites itself with the Supreme Being (Lord Shiva/krishna). The aspirant gets engrossed in deep meditation and infinite bliss.

But..I imagine my soul as the Kundalini,and see the god(krishna)as a female supreme goddess,who is my beloved.I want my soul to get united with that supreme goddess for ever.

I have created a mental image of my own world.The world of my soul.I will tell this meditation method through a story.
